Website and download terms
Website terms, official downloads, licensing and external links for Yagua.
Last reviewed:
1. Website and application
This website by Guillermo Bouix presents Yagua and links to documentation, source code and downloads. Browsing does not create an account, subscription or purchase.
The desktop app is independent of the site. Website analytics does not measure installations or process your images. Use the website and links without abuse or attempts to compromise security.
2. Downloads and releases
Official packages are published on GitHub Releases. Choose the platform and architecture described in the release, and check SHA-256 files when available. A link or checksum does not provide an absolute security guarantee.
Prereleases such as RC, alpha and beta may contain errors and change. Read release notes and keep copies of important files before processing them. Documentation describes format and feature limitations.
Counters labelled downloads reported by GitHub count file downloads, not people, installations or actual use. They refresh when the website is built and may be unavailable. Consented GA4 download clicks are a separate measurement; they do not prove a completed download or installation.
3. Licensing and third-party materials
The Yagua application source is published under MIT, with its permissions, conditions and notices in the official repository. These website terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by MIT.
Libraries, models, fonts and other components may have their own licenses. The app MIT license does not mean all third-party materials have the same license. The website distributes notices for its components and keeps font notices alongside their files. Reviewing the app and its models is a separate task.
Names, logos, screenshots and other content are subject to their owners’ rights. The app MIT license does not itself grant rights over trademarks or third-party materials.
4. Third parties, contributions and liability
GitHub, PayPal and linked social networks operate independently. Contributions happen outside this site, which does not capture card information or offer a checkout. No consideration is promised in exchange for a contribution.
The software is offered subject to the conditions and warranty exclusions of its license to the extent permitted by law. These texts do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
